1. General Conditions 
1.1. This Section, "Data Processing", shows how Atlas Systems SRL (hereinafter: "Atlas Systems") collects, uses and manages your personal information. Atlas Systems is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Section details why and how we collect data from you and how it will be used.
1.2. Atlas Systems SRL will make efforts to comply with the provisions of the applicable legislation, in particular Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation on personal data").

2. Who we are
1.3. Atlas is a company registered in Romania, with its headquarters in Bucharest, Strada Frunte Lata No. 5, Bl. P15, sc. 1 p. 30, Sector 5, Bucharest, registered at the Trade Register with no. J40/20164/2005, having the Fiscal Identification Code RO18177081.
1.4. According to the requirements of the applicable legal provisions, Atlas Systems has the obligation to process the personal data you provide us in safe conditions and only for the purposes specified for this, it has implemented the following measures

-He chose secure hosting in the Microsoft Azure cloud.

-Updated the Online nopCommerce platform to the latest version (4.60 - dotNet 7) available on March 10, 2023.

-Installed plugins/JS only from authorized nopCommerce suppliers (nopTemplates,, Google (Google Analytics) and ZendDesk (On line chat support)).

-A secured the "On Premise" systems (VMs, FileSystem, ERP).

3. Personal data we process
1.5. We collect the following types of personal data from you:
-full name;
-e-mail address;
-telephone / fax number;

-invoicing and delivery address;
-IP address / details ("Internet Protocol" is a protocol that provides a data transmission service, without a permanent connection. It identifies each logical interface of the equipment connected via a number called "IP address");
-invoicing and payment delivery details.

4. Purpose of data collection
1.6. The purpose of data collection is, as the case may be:
- processing Orders;
-providing the necessary support in order to process/take over an Order;
-informing Customers/Buyers regarding the status of their Account;
- informing the Buyers regarding the evolution and status of the Orders; marketing, advertising, media, administrative, development, market research, statistics, sales tracking and monitoring and Customer/Buyer behavior.
1.7. The processing of personal data is carried out for the conclusion and execution of the contract.
1.8. The processing of personal data for marketing purposes, for example for the provision of the Newsletter, is carried out only on the basis of your consent, and those regarding the operation of the Site can also be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of Atlas Systems.

5. Where your personal data is stored and to whom we may share your personal data
1.9. Data hosting and storage are done in a Sql Azure database from the Microsoft Azure Cloud (Noth Europe Region) under the Atlas Systems subscription and in the BackUps related to the SQL Azure database. Occasionally, with changes to the source code, there may be copies of the database on the local Atlas Systems development environment, in which case customer data will be encrypted). The data required for invoicing (Name, CUI, NIRC, Addresses, Phones, Emails, SebSites) are also saved in our MyERP ERP and cannot be deleted.
1.10. Personal data can be provided to the following service providers:, Fan Curier, SameDay, Google Analytics, ZendDesk, if necessary for the provision of the services provided by them.
1.11. In order to protect the legitimate interests of Atlas Systems, there may be situations where we will use or disclose information to protect our rights and business. Such situations can be:
